Further to my earlier enquiry, I have now established that the Kiribati stamp was designed by E. Nesbit (Nesbitt?) and printed by The House of Questa. I commanded MOANARAOI 1968 - 70 in the then Gilbert and Ellice Islands Colony. Lovely little ship!
