The stamp shows a wooden raft handcrafted by Guahibo artisans, an indigenous people native to Llanos or savannah plains in eastern Colombia–Arauca, Meta, Guainia, and Vichada departments–and in southern Venezuela near the Colombian border.

The reason these stamps are issued is to make money, no other reason. Unfortunately there are so many new issues there is a danger that it will destroy the hobby of stamp collecting.
