Gibraltar (1932)?
Many thanks for your collaboration.

What Ship on this letter card?
Re: What Ship on this letter card?
Morning,
The matter has been resolved by Auke Palmhof and Oliver Eric.
These their answers:
I believe the vessel depict letter card of Gibraltar is the STRATHAIRD or STRAITHEDEN of the P&O, sisterships built with three funnels, two were removed later.
There are many pages on the internet on this two ships.
Best regards Auke Palmhof.
Auke,
I think you mean either STRATHNAVER (1931) or STRATHAIRD (1932). STRATHEDEN was built in 1937.
Regards,
Eric Oliver
Morning Eric,
You are right she was the STRATHAIRD both were built with three stacks of which two were dummies, and removed after or around 1947.
Regards Auke.
Many thanks to both.
Best regards,
Carlo
