Morocco?

This stamp is pale green but I can't identify it!
SAFI is a very old city and port of MAROC (MARAKECH) ON THE STAMP.
I found the stamp in Ivert Tellier,Tomo 1, 1991, pag.457, stamp #98 Countries of French Expression.
(I have # 101)
