Built for the Portuguese Navy, the year not known.
Launched as MARIA TERESA
Armament 14 – 12pdrs.
Crew 60.

On 19 September 1820 under command of Isadoro Francisco Guimaraes, she fought a very hard battle in Loango Bay, Angola, with a large pirate brig hoisting Spanish colours, carrying 20 – 12 pdrs. and a crew of 70.
After a strenuous 2-hour fight, the badly damaged brig struck her flag and surrendered.
The booty comprised 30,000 duros in Spanish coin, as well as gold.
Sixteen men were wounded on the MARIA TERESA, and the material damage was slight.

Her fate unknown.
