Argentine issued in 1989 two stamps and a MS which shows us on the 150a stamp the German ship WESER.
The stamps commemorate the arrival of the first Jews from Europe in Argentine 100 years ago.
The vessel depict is not the WESER of 1889 as given on the stamp, but the one built in 1922.
For the Norddeutscher Lloyd in Bremen four ships were built with the name WESER.

The WESER (II) was the vessel which must have been depict on the stamp, but in 1889 the year given on the stamp I can not find that she made a call in an Argentinean port
