Built in 1908 as a wooden two masted motor fishing vessel by John Tyrrell & Sons Yacht & Boat Builders, Arklow for Toole & Toole at Arklow.
Launched as the OVOCA Fishing No. D330.
Tonnage 25 gross, dim. 48 x 14ft.
Powered by an auxiliary motor. It is believed that she was the first designed fishing vessel in the British Island fitted out with a motor.

She was intended mainly for drift-net fishing and to do some seine and long line fishing.
Later sold to Mitchete & Carton of Balbriggan, then to Richardson of Balbriggan.
1965 Stopped fishing and became a derelict at Balbriggan.
1979 Removed and dumped in a landfill.
