The other ship in front of the MINERAL SERAING is also a bulk carrier was built under yard No 1432 by J Boels & Fils in Tamise, near Antwerp, also for Cie Maritime Belge S.A. Antwep
Launched under the name MINERAL GENT.
Tonnage 38.765 grt, 14.735 net, 70.820 dwt, dim. 244.43 x 32.09 x 17.96m. length bpp 230.03, draught 13.61m.
Powered by one 8-cyl. Cockeril-B&W diesel engine, 18.400hp, speed 15 knots.
1967 Delivered to owners

1984 Sold to the shipbreaker Kuo Dar Steel & Iron Enterprise Co. Ltd., Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where she arrived 24 October 1984, breaking up commenced 02 Nov. 1984.
