The company was reorganized in 1983 into Gävle Sjöfarts AB and it was taken over in 1990 by Röda Bolaget AB, Stockholm. The price of the tug was then SEK 5,250,000, and she was allowed to continue to be stationed in Gävle until the year 2000 when she was sold to Merirakennus OY, Helsinki for SEK 3.0 million.

For sale at Djurgårdsvarvet in May 2002 for 390,000 EU. Sold to St. Petersburg in 2004 and the name was then changed to MOSHCHNYY.
