JAQUELINE DENISE, O-72 (B.)

Built in 1942 by F. Borrey, Oostende, for Ch. Lenaers, Oostende
Fish Cutter, Gt:12.1, Nt:3,67, Length:12m. Beam:3,85m. Draft:1,65m. diesel engine:34 hp. wooden hull.
On 01-09-1951 sold to K. Dees, Terneuzen, the Netherlands.
In the years 2000 she was found in a very bad condition and brought to Blankenberge, were she was totally restaurated in the original building (sails, no wheelhouse, engine). In 2006 she was ready for a second life. Owned by the VZW. De Scute, here home port is now Blankenberge and she got the registration number B.72 (is not registrated as a official fishing vessel). She is part of the Belgian Maritime Heritage)
