Built in 1981 by Wärtsilä O/Y, Turku, Finland, #1251, for the Silja Line as FINLANDIA.
Ferry, Gt:33.575, Nt:17.227, Dw:3898, Loa:166,10m. Lbpp:149,99m. B:28,46m. Draught:6,72m. 4 Pielstick-Wärtsilä diesels:31.200 hp. (22.949 kW.) 22 kn. pass:1675, 450 cars. IMO.7911533.
In 1990 sold to DFDS, Copenhagen, renamed in QUEEN OF SCANDINAVIA, 2001 - 2009 route IJmuiden - Newcastle, 2009 renamed in PRINCESS MARIA for the St. Peter Line, route St. Petersburg - Helsinki.
February 2014 floating hotel in Sochi, during the Olympic Winter Games.
