Built as a sailing-motorized cruise vessel under yard No SC-64 by the Odys yard in Gdansk, Poland for Parsec Ltd., Moscow.
25 July 2007 keel laid down.
16 November 2007 launched as the RUNNING ON WAVES.
Tonnage 634 grt, 150 dwt, dim. 64.00 x 9.5 x 3.20m. (draught), length bpp.45.15m.
Powered by a Volvo Penta D16MH diesel engine, 470 kW, speed 10 knots on engine, sailing 18 knots maximum under sail, cruising speed 8.5 knots.
Rigged as a three masted barquentine, sail area 1120m².
Accommodation for 42 passengers and 21 crew.
11 July 2011 delivered to owners.

Used as a charter yacht in the Mediterranean. Under Cyprus flag and registry, managed by Acheon Akti Navigation Co. Ltd.
01 June 2013 transferred to Running on Waves Ltd. Malta, under Malta flag and registry, managed by Parsec Ltd., Moscow.
