The editor of Log book will retire this coming August and, unless a new one comes forward, the society will close.
With this in mind, we are not taking in any new members.
This is an unfortunate situation but seemingly unavoidable.

In 2004 Gibraltar issued on miniature sheet for the Tercentenary of British Gibraltar.
Two stamps on in the MS have a maritime theme.

The top left stamp shows the stern of HMS ROYAL KATHERINE with on aboard Admiral Sir George Rooke arriving in Gibraltar in 1704. Her details and history are given on:

The other stamp shows British sailors landing in Gibraltar with in the background British warships, which are not identified.
