When you enlarge the stamp you can see the pennant no 115 on the bow, which belong to the AKIZUKI the lead ship of her class.

Built as a destroyer by the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Nagasaki, Japan for the Japanese Navy.
17 July 2009 laid down.
13 October 2010 launched as the AKIZUKI (DD-115).
Displacement 5,000 ton standard, 6,800 ton full load, dim. 151 x 18.3 x 10.9m., draught 5.3m.
Powered: COGANG combined gas and gas by 4 Kawasaki/Rolls-Royce Spey SM-1c gas turbines, 64,000 shp, two shafts with controllable pitch propellers, speed 30 knots.
Range? Armament: 1 – Mk-41 Vertical launching system/VLS (32 cells) for RIM-162 evolved Sea Sparrow missiles/ESSM (4 per cell). RUM-139 vertical launched Anti-Ship rockets/VL-ASROC .1 – Mk-45 (Mod.4) 5 inch gun. 2 – Mk-141 missile launcher for 8 type 90 SSM-18 anti=ship missiles. 2 – Type 68/HOS-303 (Mk-32) 12.75 inch triple torpedo tubes for Mk-46 or type 73 torpedoes. 2 – Mk-15 Phalanx close-in-Weapon –System (CIWS).
Aircraft: Fitted out with a flight deck and hangar for 1 helicopter, Mitsubishi SH-60K Seahawk.
Crew 200.
14 March 2012 commissioned,

2019 In active service.
