The cargo vessel partly visible moored on an outfitting quay at the Stocznia Gdanska shipyard on the right of the stamp is according Navicula the EMILIA PLATER.
(When you enlarge the stamp the name is visible on the bow of the ship.)

Built as a cargo ship under yard No b54/13 by Stocznia Gdanska for the Polish Ocean Line (POL), Gdynia, Poland.
13 October 1958 laid down.
12 February 1959 launched as the EMILIA PLATER, named after Countess Emilia Plater see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emilia_Plater
Tonnage 6,718 grt, 3,677 nrt, 10.300 dwt, dim. 153.9 x 19.4 x 8.3m., length bpp. 141.6m.
Powered by one diesel engine, 5,741 kW, one shaft, speed 15.5 knots.
Accommodation for 12 passengers.
30 September 1959 delivered.

1982 Transferred to Polish Shipping Association, Gdynia.
20 December 1984 sailed from Huangpu. 21 December 1984 arrived in Shanghai for scrapping. (POL website gives that she was broken up by Nissho Iwai Corp., Osaka, Japan.)
Marine News gives in 1985 page. 362, also that she was broken up by Nissho Iwai Corp.
