50th INTERNATIONAL LABOUR

For the 50th years of International Labour in 1969 Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika issued a set of stamps of which the 2s50 stamp shows us ships in a harbour.
In Log Book Vol. 7 page 9 is given by Mr. Sidney Fenemore that he got a letter from the designer of the stamp, who wrote him that the ships on the stamp are just one that has been ‘cooked up’ is based on several photographs taken from magazines.
