NAVIGATOR VENUS LPG tanker

Built as an LPG tanker under yard No. 2246 by the Jiangnan Shipyard for the Navigator Gas IOM-I-B Ltd. at Agno, Switzerland.
28 Dec. 1998 first section placed.
29 April 1999 launched under the name NAVIGATOR VENUS.
Tonnage 17.840 grt, 5.352 net, 23.503 dwt. Dim. 169.98 x 24.20 x 11.05m. (draught)
Cargo capacity 22.000m³, in 5 cargo tanks, the largest can carry 5.690m³
Powered by a 6-Cyl. Sulzer 6RTA52 diesel 8.520 kW, speed 16.5 knots. One propeller. The engine was manufactured by Shanghai Shipyard Diesel Division.
Bunker capacity 2.140m³, ballast 6.783m³.
Registered in Liberia, port of registry Monrovia.
Crew 25.
September 2000 completed.

23 September 2008 sold to Navigator Venus LLC, London. Not renamed.
