June 2006 the Seychelles has issued a set of seven stamps for the 30th Anniversary of Independence 1976 – 2006, one stamp depict a ship, the inscription on the stamp gives “Seychelles Progress.”

She was built under yard No S 259 as chemical/oil product tanker by Lindenau GmbH Schifswerft & Maschinefabrik, Kiel, Germany for Seychelles Petroleum, Victoria, Seychelles.
18 November 2004 keel laid down.
09 April 2005 launched under the name SEYCHELLES PROGRESS.
Tonnage 22.346 gross, 10.928 net, 37.557 dwt., dim. 184.96 x 28.00 x 16.80m., length bpp. 176.88m, draught 11m.
Powered by one MAN diesel, manufactured by MAN B&W Diesel AG., 8.340 kW., one controllable pitch propeller, speed 15.8 knots.
03 August 2005 completed.

http://www.equasis.org gives for 2006, IMO No 929818, under Seychelles flag, same owner. Managed by Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd., Limassol, Cyprus.
