The photo used for the design of this stamp from Argentina, was taken by Mr. Florian von der Fecht in 1990 or 1991. The design was selected due to the importance of fishing in de town of Mar del Plata.

MARILUZ. Registration No. M 4515.

Built in 1960 by a unknown yard, belongs to the fishing fleet of Mar del Plata.
Tonnage 17 ton net. Dim. 15.85 x 4 x 2m., draught 1 meter.

ANAPO. Registration No. M 4494.

Built in 1959 at Argentina by an unknown yard, belongs to the fishing fleet of Mar del Plata.
Tonnage 20 ton net. Dim. 16.21 x 4 x 1.56m., draught 1 meter.

SAN SALVADOR. Registration No. M 4544.

Built in 1959 at Argentina by an unknown yard, belongs to the fishing fleet of Mar del Plata.
Tonnage 21 ton net. Dim. 14.93 x 4.70 x 1.83m., draught 1.10 meter.
