CHUYO MARU.

Built as a type 1D standard cargo vessel by Namura Zosen K.K., Osaka for Toyo Kisen K.K., Tokyo.
Tonnage 1.900 gross, 2.850 dwt., dim. 83.2 x 12.2m.
One triple expansion steam engine ?hp, speed 11 knots.
February 1944 completed.

Taken over by the Japanese Army after completing.
30 March 1944 bombed by American aircraft, the next morning at 09.30 again attacked by aircraft, she was hit on the port gun placed on the port-side of the bridge. She got on fire and sunk in position 07 30N 134 30E near Palau.
