A homeward bound cargo ship occupies the centre of the $3 .20 design against a map of the Pacific showing the company's operational routes. The vessel is the Hai Min a cargo vessel of 7,700 gross tons, built in 1957. She is on the company's service between Formosa, Japan and the U.S.A. and was built by the Nippon Jukogyo at Toyama, her dimensions being 324 ft. 10 in. x 59 ft. 9 in. x 28 ft. 3 in. SG265/7, 462

Built in 1957 by Nipponkai Jukoya, Toyama, for China Merchant Steam Navigation Co.
Freighter, Gt:7331, Nt:3877, Dw:11.659, Length:131,98m, Breath:18,26m. Draft:8,53m. Sulzer diesel ?hp. 14½ kn., '73 sold to Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp. Keelung, renamed in YUNG MING.

Additional info on the ship:
Launched 25 May 1957 as HAI MIN.
August 1957 completed.
1977 Renamed by the company in MING UNITY.

Broken up by Lee Chong Steel Co. at Kaohsiung where she arrived on 17 March 1979.
