Tanker built 1966. 52673Gt. Two steam turbines. Double reduction geared. Sold 1980 to Ionion Shipping Co. Greece. Renamed STROFADES. SG523 Denmark.

Built as a tanker under yard No 10 by Odense-Staalskibs A/S at Lindö, Denmark for D/S Svendborg A/S & D/S af 1912 A/S (A.P. Møller Rederiet, now known as MAERSK).
03 September 1965 launched as the A. P. MØLLER, christened by Princess Margrethe of Denmark, who became Queen in 1972.
Tonnage 52,673 grt, 34.653 net, 98,170 dwt., dim. 864.5 x 127.11 x 45.11 Ft. (draught)
Powered by two Stal-Laval steam turbines, manufactured by Kockums, 22,500 shp., single screw, speed 17 knots.
Twelve loading tanks.
07 February 1966 delivered.

02 February 1976 laid up at Sønderborg.
1980 Sold to Ionion Shipping Ltd., Greece, renamed STROFADES. She was used thereafter to supply Guayaquil with oil.
1981 Sold to Consorcio Naviera Peruano S.A., Peru, renamed LORETO.
From 29 December 1982 until 24 October 1983 used as storage tanker at Balao Terminal, Ecuador.
1983 Sold to Filokalos Nav. Co. Ltd., Cyprus renamed GEORGE Z.
1984 Sold to Chinese ship breakers sailed from Balao Terminal arrived Shanghai 13 January 1984 for scrapping.
