PEKIN type tanker

The 12p stamp in the MS of Russia for the 150th Anniversary of the Baltic Factory, depict a tanker of the Pekin type, the tanker depict has a kingpost mast on the foreship, the Pekin type has, and also the short big funnel seen on this stamp is the same of the Pekin type. Which tanker of the type is depict, till so far unknown.

Sven of this class were built all by the Baltic Shipbuilding yard in Leningrad (St Petersburg) for the Russian Government.
The details of all this tankers is the same.
Tonnage 21.255 gross, 11.676 net, 30.038 dwt., dim. 202.8 x 25.86 x 10.7m. (draught). Length bpp. 179.8m.
Powered by one steam turbines, manufactured by the Kiriv Works, 19.000 shp, one shaft, speed 17.5 knots.

PEKIN launched 04 December 1958, completed in 1959, broken up in Russia in 1983.
BUDAPEST launched ?, completed in 1960, broken up in Kaohsiung where she arrived 05 October 1984.
VARSHAVE launched 29 August 1959, broken up in 1992.
PRAHA, launched ?, completed in 1961, broken up Aliaga, Turkey, where she arrived 17 June 1988.
BUCHAREST launched 14 October 1961, broken up at Lianyungang where she arrived 13 March 1986.
ULAN-BATOR launched 04 May 1962, broken up in Chittagong where she arrived 21 April 1985.
PHENIAN launched?, completed 1963, broken up at Chittagong where she arrived 07 November 1985.

LR88/89 gives for the VARSTAVA: 30 tanks, 1 hold (forecastle?) 2 derricks SWL:5 tons, IMO.5376844, callsign UWOF, owner USSR Novorossiysk Shipping Co. (NOVOSHIP) Novorossiysk
