The Croatian post gives:

In the spring of the war year 1992, the missile gun-boat RO3, the first newly built war ship in the Republic of Croatia was launched on the shipyard Kraljevica.
It is a small but powerfully armed combat boat, intended as a missile basis of the maritime forces. It is equipped in such a way that it could act independently or at the head of a combat group of boats.
It is the standard bearer of the defence forces of the Croatian Navy.

Built as missile fast attack craft by the Kraljevica SY, Kraljevica, Croatia for the Croatian Navy.
Her intended name was SERGEI MASERA for the Yugoslavia Navy but after she was captured incomplete by the Croatian, renamed.

21 March 1992 launched as the KRALJ PETAR KRESIMIR IV (RTOP-11), named after the Croatian King Petar Kresimir IV.
Displacement 350 tons standard, 385 tons full load. Dim. 56.63 x 8.54 x 2.00m. (draught).
Powered by 3 Soviet M-504B-2 diesels, 14.550 bhp, three screws. Speed 36 knots.
Range 1700 miles by a speed of 20 knots.
Armament: 4 – Saab RBS-15 SSM missiles. 1 – 30mm AK-630 Gatling AA. 2 – 12.7mm BrowningMG.
Can carry also some mines.
Crew 33.
07 July 1992 completed.

During the war between Croatia and the former Yugoslavia she was in service.
2008 Got a small refit and her engines will be replaced.
