Ukraine issued in 2004 four stamps depicting bridges, the 45k stamp depict the bridge Inhul in Mykolaiv, but also a warship assisted by a tug passing the swing-bridge.
The tug name is not known, but the warship is the KONSTYANTYN OLSHANSKYY.

Built as a ro-ro large tank landing ship by Stocznia Polnocna, Gdansk, Poland for the Russian Navy.
Launched under the name KONSTYANTYN OLSHANSKYY (BDK-56) one of Project 775 of the Russian Ropucha class, of which 28 were built.
Displacement 2.768 light, 3.450 standard, 4.080 full load, dim.112.50 x 15.00 x 3.70m. (draught).
Powered by two type 16ZVB 40/48 16-cyl diesels, 19.200bhp., twin shafts, speed 17.5 knots.
Range 3.500 miles by a speed of 16 knots.
Armament 2 – 57mm, 360BM-21 Rockets and 92 one ton mines.
One bow and a stern door.
Crew 8 Officers and 79 men.
Capacity 41 tanks with 40 vehicles and 150 troops.
1985 Commissioned.

After the break up of the Soviet Union the KONSRTYANTYN OLSHANSKY was on 12 March 1996 transferred to the Ukraine.
The same day commissioned in the Ukraine Navy pendant No U-402.
2009 Still in service.
