Built as a ro-ro ferry under yard no 38 by Thorgier & Ellert h/f, Akranes, Iceland for the Government of the Republic of Iceland Hafrannsoknastofn.
Launched as the BALDUR.
Tonnage 645 grt, 243 net, 135 dwt., dim. 39.4 x 9.2 x 6.6m., length bpp. 34.56.
Powered by two 8-cyl Caterpillar diesels 1.430 hp., twin controllable pitch propellers, speed 12 knots.
Fuel capacity 72 m³.
Accommodation for 195 passengers and 19 cars.
Ice-strengthened.
April 1990 delivered to owners. Managed by Floabaturinn Baldur h/f, Stykkishólmur, Iceland.

After delivery used in the service between Stykkishólmur to Brjánslækur, Iceland.
During the 200? used by Seatours Ltd., Stykkishólmur.
March 2006 sold to Rosita Ab, Åbo, Finland, renamed in EIVOR.
11 April 2006 arrived at Åbo.
23 May 2006 in the service between Pärnäs-Berghamn-Nötö-Aspö-Jurmo-Utö.

2014 In service same name and owners IMO No 8712582.
