Built under yard No. 2410 as a bulkcarrier by Ishikawajika-Harima at Tokyo for Asia Carriers Inc., Liberia.
31 Oct. 1974 launched under the name XIII CONGRESO.
Tonnage open/closed 13.692/13.569 gross, 9.294/8.576 net, 22.623 dwt. Dim. 164.3 x 22.9 x 9.9m.
Powered by one 16 cyl. vee oil IHI/Pielstick engine, 8000 bhp., speed 15 knots.
Five ten ton derricks/cranes. She has 5 holds/hatches.

1975 Sold to Empressa de Nav. Mambisa in Havana, Cuba.
1990 Sold to Transporte del Mar. S.A., Cuba, renamed BACONAO.
1994 Sold to Mileto Shipping Co. Ltd., Cyprus, renamed LEDI.
1998 Sold to Pakistan ship breakers, and she arrived at Gadani Beach 06 June 1998.
