C.S. PACIFIC GUARDIAN is the latest ship of the C & W, which was launched by Lady Marion Sharp on 13th June 1984. She cost £18 million.
Her base is Suva, Fiji, and so there is another question whether she has visited the Virgin Islands.
She has been provided with 3 cable tanks of 50,000 cubic feet totally. She has one screw and one thruster fwd and aft.
Her crew consists of 67 men and 11 cable technicians.
She was built by Swan Hunter and sails with a speed of 16 knots. Dim.: 115m x 18m x 5.80m (dr). Her tonnage is of nearly 6000 tons.
