By this stamp is given:
The Chukotsky Autonomous Region was formed on January 30, 1930. The region occupies Chukotka peninsula, the adjacent part of the mainland, Vrangel (Wrangel) and Gerald islands of the Arctic Ocean. Polar circle intersects the region. The region contains 8 areas, 3 towns, 15 urban villages and 15 rural councils. Anadyr is the region’s administrative centre. The stamp depicts Anadyr seaport, a statue of St Nicholas the Miracle-maker, a white bear, which is a traditional symbol of the region (it is depicted on the arms of the region), bone cutting art items, fishing boat, the Whale Alley (Seklyuk Bay).

Noting is given on the vessel depict in the centre of the stamp, but I believe she is a nuclear icebreaker of the Arktika class.
