The ship on this stamp is also depict in the book “Ship, 5,000 Years of Maritime Adventure by Brian Lavery, on page 154. Not a type given only that it is a Dutch passage boat.
He gives then that: Dutch inland waterways and coastal waters produced a wide variety of craft, some of which influenced ships of other countries – for example the leeboards used by Thames barges were previously used on Dutch boats. Most Dutch boats had a shallow draft and a very rounded shape both in cross section and in side view.

Comparing the stamp with images I have of Dutch inland waterways craft, she looks like a PRAAMAAK or a TJALK, but I am not an expert on Dutch inland waterway craft.
