HAWAII USS (SSN-776)

The stamp shows us one of the Virginia class submarines of the U.S.A., on her sail you can see the No 776 or 778, not any photo of this class of submarines depict a number on her sail, so it must be added by the designer of the stamp.
When the stamp was issued the 778 the NEW HAMPSHIRE was not commissioned so most probably the USS HAWAII (SSN-776) is depict.

Built as a nuclear fast attack submarine under yard No 259 by General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, Connecticut for the U.S.A. Navy.
30 September 1998 ordered.
17 June 2006 launched as USS HAWAII (SSN-776), christened by Governor Linda Lingle of Hawaii, she is one of the Virginia class.
Displacement 7,150 surfaced, 7,800 submerged. Dim. 114.9 x 10.3m.
Powered by a S9G pressurized water reactor, 40,000 shp., one shaft with pumpjet propulsion. Speed 25 knots
Diving depth more as 250 metres.
Armament: 12 VLS vertical tubes for Tomahawk cruise missiles. 4 – 21 torpedo tubes for Mk-48 torpedoes.
Crew 134.
22 December 2006 completed and delivered to the U.S.A. Navy
05 May 2007 commissioned under command of Captain David A. Solms, with homeport Groton.

After commissioned a unit of the Submarine Squadron Two.
May 6, 2008 SSN 776 returned to Naval Submarine Base New London after a maiden underway period.
May 7, 2009 USS Hawaii became the second Naval submarine in history to receive the U.S. Coast Guard Meritorious Unit Commendation for its part in counter-drug operations in the eastern Pacific Ocean, in support of Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) South from Feb. 20 to April 17, 2008.
July 23, USS Hawaii arrived in its new homeport of Naval Station Pearl Harbor after more than two-month transit from Groton, Connecticut.
January 7, 2010 Cmdr. Stephen Mack relieved Cmdr. Edward L. Herrington as CO of USS Hawaii during a change-of-command ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
February 16, SSN 776 is currently conducting tests at Southeast Alaska Acoustic Measurement Facility in Katchikan, Alaska.
March 30, The Virginia-class attack submarine entered the dry-dock at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) for routine inspection and maintenance until early May.
August 25, USS Hawaii departed Pearl Harbor for a maiden western Pacific deployment.
September 3, The Hawaii pulled into Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, for a scheduled port visit, marking the very first time in the history of the U.S. 7th Fleet that a Virginia-class submarine visited the region.
September 24, SSN 776 pulled into Apra Harbor, Guam, for a sonar system repair.
November 10, USS Hawaii arrived in Busan Naval Operations Base for a scheduled port visit to the Republic of Korea.
December 28, The Hawaii recently arrived in Guam for repairs. She is the first Virginia-class attack submarine to be moored outboard of a submarine tender.
January 14, 2011 USS Hawaii pulled into Changi Naval Base for a scheduled port call to Singapore.
February 24, USS Hawaii returned home.
