On this ms of Saint Lucia issued in 1991 are four cruise vessels depict one coaster and two tugs, the smallest tug in the background is the DOGGERSBANK, the other is the CHALE.

From the DOGGERSBANK I have the following details:

Built under yard No. 628 by Scheepswerf v/h H.H.Bodewes, Millingen, Netherlands for the N.V. Nieuwe Rotterdamse Sleepdienst (NRS).
Launched under the name DOGGERSBANK.
Tonnage 9 grt, dim. 26.35 x 7.56 x 3.20., draught 2.84m.
Powered by two 6-cyl. Stork-Ricardo diesels, 1.250hp., Voith-Schneider propeller.
09 December 1964 delivered.

After many years working in the port of Rotterdam as harbour tug was she transferred to Smit International Harbour Towage (Panama), Panama.
February 1986 under tow of SMITH NEDERLAND towed from Rotterdam to Balboa, Panama, where she arrived on 19 March.
1987 Transferred first to Freeport, Bahamas, later to Willemstad, Curacao.
1989 Sold to Tugs Ltd (Mr. Buff), Castries, St Lucia.
2008 According to Daily Collection of Maritime Press Clippings 2008-14 still in use at Castries as harbour tug.
2011 Still in service for same owner in Castries harbour.
28 October 2014 the DOGGERSBANK sunk in Castries Harbor, there are plans to raise the vessel but at March 2015 she is still partly submerged.

I did see a photo taken in 2018 with the caption, you can see the remains of the tug DOGGERSBANK at the Cocoa Nut Shoal in Castries, St Lucia. (I believe she will never again be used and will slowly rust away.)
