TOPAZ 1988 small passenger ship

For the Olympic Wintergames in 2014 Russia Post issued in 2011 some MS on which on the 20p is showed Sochi port with the Maritime Terminal Building and a small passenger ship.
From Mr. Gennadiy Sitnikov I got the information that the TOPAZ is depict.

Built as a small passenger/crew boat under yard No 473 by Titovo Shipyard at Kraljevica, Yugoslavia (now Croatia) for Russian account.
She is one of Project 200005 of which many have been built at that yard for Russian account.
Launched as the IPC-473
Tonnage 493 grt, 147 nrt, 54 dwt., dim. 44.60 x 8.80 x 4.60m, draught 2.80m.
Powered by two 6PA 4L 185 VG diesel engines each 660 hp, twin shafts, speed 13.5 knots.
Passengers 18 persons.
06 June 1988 completed with homeport Baku, Russia.

1989 Renamed name unknown.
1992 Port of registry Leningrad, owner unknown.
June 1997 Renamed in LYRA.
Port of registry St Petersburg.
1998 Renamed TOPAZ.
Port of registry Kaliningrad, Russia
Owned by Gazflot LTD.

2013 In service, same name and owner. IMO NO 8520953.
