The stamp of Paraguay issued in 1974 15c shows us a detail of the painting made by Abraham Storck (baptized in Amsterdam on 17 April 1644 and buried there 08 April 1708) which shows us Czar Peter of Russia in route to the newly built frigate PETER EN PAUL of the Dutch VOC on the Y off Amsterdam in 1697.
