FISHING BOAT

The USA issued in 1991 a coil stamp of 19c designed by Pierre Moin which appears in two designs, one with two loops around the mooring post, and one with one loop.
The design shows us a moored open wooden fishing boat with a strong bollard bitt on the bow, looks that she was mostly towed. Not any info on the boat.
