Friedig -the Norwegian bark 1897.

The Norwegian wooden bark Friedig was built by J.R. Andersen at Grimstad, Norway, in 1897. Owned by O.T. Tonnevold of the same port, she was registered at 551 tons gross (496 net) and measured 154 feet in length with a 32 foot beam.The design stamp is made after painting of Antonio Jacobsen: The Norwegian bark «Friedig» at sea under reduced sail.
