Where after this stamp is designed I could not find it, but it shows an inland barge in a canal under a bridge, of the barge I have not any information. The bus is in the wrong lane, her wheels are halve way buried in the mud. By the stamp is given:

The European Conference of Transport Ministers was established by a protocol signed in Brussels on October 17, 1953. From 29 to 31 May 1961, Vienna was the scene of the meeting of 16 European transport ministers within the framework of this organization, chaired by the Austrian minister Dipl.-Ing. Waldbrunner. At that time the conference consisted of the six EEC and seven EFTA states and also Spain, Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey. In a time of rapid development in the transport sector on water, on land and in the air, the importance of the European Conference of Transport Ministers steadily increased in the years to come. The brand motif shows rail, water and road vehicles and should symbolize the spirit of cooperation in this important area. From its founding in 1953 to 1960, the Conference had passed a total of 43 resolutions in the field of international railways, international road transport, European waterways, and general transport issues. They provided an international framework for traffic development.
