ASCLEPIUS AND HIS DAUGHTER CROSSING THE HEBRUS RIVER

Romania issued this stamp for the Ninth International Medicine Congress, which shows us Asclepius and his daughter Hygieia crossing the Hebrus river (now Maritsa River named) in a boat, both are standing, but the boat has oars. Of the boat, I have not any information.
