For the 140th birth anniversary of Franklin Roosevelt in 2022, the Central African Republic used one stamp of 1000FCFA which shows us a portrait of Franklin Roosevelt and a warship on fire.
The ship has two tripod fire control masts, only the USSR and the USA navies did have these masts on their battleship after World War I. It must be a US warship but I could not find it which one.
