Built as a ro-ro heavy lift carrier under yard No 317 by Scheepswerf & Machinefabriek “Holland” at Hardixveld-Giesendam, Netherland for VEB Deutfracht/Seereederei, Rostock, East Germany.
27 Sept. 1975 launched under the name BROCKEN.
Tonnage 1.272 grt, 528 net, 1.348 dwt., dim. 82.21 x 16.45 x 4.0m (draught).
Powered by two 8-cyl. Karl Liebknecht, 1.200 hp. each diesel engines, speed 11.75 knots, twin screws.
One bow thrust.
Fitted out with a bow door/ramp and a stern ramp.
For loading and discharging two 130 feet cranes.
Radius 9.000 mile.
12 Feb. 1976 made her trials.
17 March 1976 in service by Deutfracht.


09 January 1991 Sold to Oceanemblem Shipping Ltd., Cyprus and renamed CONY.
1992 Sold to Cross Caribbean Services Ltd., Panama, renamed BROCKEN.
2004 Reported to be lying abandoned semi-submerged at Balboa (Panama?) and stripped of valuable parts.
