The cruiseship on the stamp depict, as given by Mr. Peter Crichton that she is the NORWEGIAN DREAM or her sister the NORWEGIAN WIND and I agree.
The only ship of this two I could find visiting Fanning Island around 2001 when the stamp was issued is the NORWEGIAN WIND, most probably she is depict.
The Norwegian Cruise Line made weekly calls at Tabuaeran (Fanning Island) with the cruiseships based in Hawaii at that time the stamp was issued. The Federal regulations of the USA required foreign flagged ships to make a call at a foreign port, and Fanning Islands was the nearest port, the ships anchored at the road of the island and the passengers were transferred by tenders to the island.
2007 The service finished.

2023 In service as SUPERSTAR AQUARIUS, same owners.
