Four Bergen diesel engines. Speed l6kn. 2 screws. One bow thruster. Ice strengthened. In 1994 transferred to Royal Cruise Line and began service Jan 1994 as QUEEN ODYSSEY - Barbados 1994 SG1078. Built as a cruise vessel under yard No 1071 by Schichau-Seebeckwerft, Bremerhaven, Germany for Royal Viking Line (Kloster Cruise), Nassau, Bahamas.
May 1991 launched as the ROYAL VIKING QUEEN, two sisters SEABOURN PRIDE and SEABOURN SPIRIT.
Tonnage 9,961 grt, 780 dwt. Dim. 135.0 x 19.60 x 5.20m. (draught), length bpp. 112.4m.
Powered by two 12-cyl. and two 8-cyl. Normo-Bergen diesel engines, 9,924 hp, (7,280 kW), twin shafts, 19.2 knots.
Accommodation for 212 passengers. Crew 135.
11 February 1992 yard trials.
29 February 1992 delivered to owners, homeport Nassau, Bahamas.

After delivery, she made regular calls at Barbados.
1995 Renamed in QUEEN ODYSSEY.
12 January 1996 sold to Seabourn Cruise Line, Oslo, Norway and renamed in SEABOURN LEGEND.
1997 Used in the movie “Speed 2 Cruise Control”.
2002 Registered again in Nassau, Bahamas.
June 2013 Sold to Star Legend Ltd., not renamed.
23 May 1915 Renamed in STAR LEGEND and managed by Windstar Cruises LLC, Seattle, USA.
1920 In service, same name, and owner, Homeport Nassau, Bahamas. IMO No 9008598
