Built as a side-paddle passenger ferry under yard No. 286 by A & J Inglis Ltd. Pointhouse, Glasgow, Scotland for Nav. A Vap. Nicolás Mihanovich Soc. Anon., Buenos Aires.
Launched under the name LAMBARE, one sister the GUARANY.
Tonnage 1.200 gross, other source 1.492 gross, 593 net. Dim. 75.65 x 10.36 x 3.15m, draught 2.59 maximum.
Triple expansion steam engine 947 ihp., speed 12 knots. Steam was supplied by two boilers.
Accommodation for 108 first class and 92 third class.
September 1908 delivered to owners.

1910 Transferred to Cia. Argentina de Nav. (Nicolás Mihanovich), Ltda. Buenos Aires.
1942 Transferred to Cia. Argentina de Nav. Dodero, S.A., Buenos Aires.
1948 She was broken up by Alejandro & Desimone, Buenos Aires, work began in mid-September.
