ATLANTIS submersible

Two of these type submersibles are depict on stamps, the ATLANTIS XI on the Cayman Islands, and the ATLANTIS II on Barbados. The Atlantis company web-site gives the craft as a submarine.

Both belong to the fleet of Atlantis Submarines International Inc, Vancouver, British Columbia.; the company founder was Dennis Hurd.

Not much could I find on this two tourist passenger submarines.
The ATLANTIS XI was built by Arjay Industries Ltd, Canada and delivered on 01 January 1991.
Tonnage 22 grt, 17 net, dim. 19.81 x 3.96 x 5.18m.
Powered electric hp?, speed?
Diving depth 45.72m.

She is registered in George Town, Cayman Islands.

The ATLANTIS II was also built by the Arjay Industries Ltd., Canada and delivered on 01 January 1986.
Tonnage?, dim. 15.24 x 3.96 x 5.33m.
Powered electric hp?, speed?
Diving depth 45.72m.
Accommodation for 28 passengers.
First she was displayed on the Expo 1986 in Canada, thereafter shipped on board of a cargo vessel to Bridgetown.

Registered at Bridgetown, Barbados.

2009 Both submersibles in service.
