Built under yard 1277 as a bulkcarrier by Mitsui Eng. & Shipbuilding Co. Ltd., Tamano, Japan for the Kowin Shipping Co. Ltd., Hong Kong. Managed by Wing Tak Shipping Agency Ltd. Hong Kong.
01 February 1983 keel laid down.
27 April 1983 launched under the name CENTURY HOPE.
Tonnage 36.843 gross, 22.725 net, 69.171 dwt., dim. 222.74 x 32.26 x 13.258/18.32m. Length between p.p. 213.01m.
Powered by one B&W diesel engine, manufactured by Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co. Ltd Tamano Works, 13.050 hp., single screw., speed 15 knots.
She was strengthened for heavy cargoes.
February 1984 delivered.

1990 Sold to Perseveranza S.p.A.di. Nav., Italy and renamed ALESSANDRA D’AMATO.
1997 Sold to Bugle Shipping Co. Ltd., Cyprus, renamed PASCHALIS D
2002 Renamed in PASCHALIS, managed by Marmaras Navigation at Piraeus. A new bulkcarrier under the name PASCHALIS D was in that year delivered, and managed by the same company.

On the stamp the vessel is depict in one of the locks of the Panama Canal.

2009 as given by http://www.equasis.org, same name, same owners IMO No. 8217362. Homeport Limassol, Cyprus.

2010 Sold to Hong Kong Huawei Shipping, Hong Kong, renamed SINO PEACE, under Panama flag and registry.
07 September 2014 arrived at Chittagong where demolition began on 13 September 2014.
