Beloiannis

The oil-engined twin-screw Beloiannis, largest passenger ship in the lake, is the subject of a 2 Ft. stamp where she is shown in the background, the centre of interest of a figure group of holiday makers. She was built in 1950 at Balatonfured shipyard and can carry 800 people on her two well-arranged decks with two saloons and ample cabins.
The vessel can carry 800 persons.
