1677 Launched as the MARY (II).
Tonnage 142 ton (bm), dim. 18.59 length of keel x 6.41 x 2.74m. draught 2.66m.
Armed with maximum of 8 guns.
Crew 30 maximum.
24 September 1677 commissioned under command of Captain Christopher Gunman.
04 November 1666 she carried Prince William of Orange and Princess Mary for their honeymoon to the Netherlands.
The painter Willem van de Velde the Elder was also on board and drew a numbered series of drawings throughout the voyage.
When Gunman died in 1685 she came under command of Captain Lauwrence Wright.
1693 She attended King William III on a voyage to Holland.
From 18 April 1719 till 1742 under command of Commander Sir Charles Molloy
1727 was she rebuilt in Deptford Drydock by the shipwright Richard Stacey..
16 March 1728 launched as the MARY.
Tonnage thereafter 164 ton (bm). Dim. 23.34 x 6.82 x 2.98m. (draught), length of keel 18.77m.
Armament 8 – 3 pdrs. and 10 - ½ pdrs. swivel guns.
Ketch rigged from 1736, circa 1783 ship rigged.
Crew 40.
1761 Again rebuilt.
April 1816 broken up.
