Built under yard No 24 as a cargo vessel by Hjorungavåg Verksted at Hjorungavåg, Norway for K.S./S.A. Brise & Co. (Hallbjørn Hareide),Ålesund, Norway.
August 1976 launched under the name JANADA.
Tonnage 1.597 gross, 907 net, 2.900 dwt. dim. 63.7 x 13.3 x 6.6m. (draught), length between pp 56.9m.
One diesel engine 1.575 bhp, speed 12 knots.
1976 Delivered.

1978 Bought by the Gambian Government and renamed BINTANG BOLONG.
1980 Transferred to the Gambian National Line at Banjul.
1988 Sold to Poseidon International Ltd. Bergen, Norway and rename ATLANTIC FLIER (some give ATLANTIC FLYER but that is not correct.)
1990 Sold to unnamed buyers at Costa Rica, renamed SYLVIA.
The same year sold to Wangard Shipping Co., København, Denmark, renamed WANGARD.
Again that year sold to Soc. Lorientaise d’Armement, France, renamed AGATHE.
1995 Sold to Panamax Nova Nav.. Co. Ltd., Cyprus, renamed NATALI 1.
12 May 2000 still under Cyprus flag.
11 Feb. 2002 under the flag of Belize. (most probably then sold or transferred to Sea Holiday Maritime S.A.)
2002 Sold by Sea Holiday Maritime S.A., Belize, to unspecified owners at Albania, renamed ELDORE 1.

2005 Sold to Nagina Shipping & Trading, Panama and renamed KRIOS.
2006 Sold to Curri Shpk, Albania and renamed KRIOS I, also managed by Curri Shpk.
2008 Sold to Kercuku Shpk and renamed in GERI II, Albanian flag and registry.

2009 http://www.equasis.org gives IMO No. 7434729, with a gross tonnage of 1.637 tons. Albanian registry, Same owner and managed by Albartin Shipping Co., Durres, Albania.

Gambia 1983 5d sg508, scott?

2011 Sold by Kercuku Shpk (Albartin Shipping Co.) to Dortel Gemi Sokum, Turkey, and she arrived Aliaga 27 April 2011 for scrapping.
