09 June 2000 launched as the INFINITY.
Tonnage 90,228 grt, 8,500 dwt, dim. 294.6 x 32.2 x 8.0m. Length bpp. 263.1m.
Powered by combined gas and steam turbines (COGES), 2 GE LM2500+ gas turbines each 45,000 hp.
Two Kamewa (Rolls-Royce AB)/Alstom pod propulsion system, speed 24 knots.
Accommodation for 2,050 passengers, crew 1,000.
February 2001 completed, under Liberian flag.

03 March2001 sailed for her maiden voyage
2001 Her owners given as Infinity Inc, managed by Celebrity Cruises Inc.
29 April 2001 arrived at Los Angeles, and after arrival christened by Mrs. Solveig Wilhelmsen.
She is cruising during the summer mostly to Alaska and in the winter season to South America.
2002 Under Bahamas flag and registry.
2007 Renamed in CELEBRITY INFINITY
2009 Under Malta flag and registry.
