GOUGH RICHIE II. Lifeboat. Trent class. A replacement for the Aran class GOUGH RICHIE which class has been phased out. It had been on station from 1976-1998 during which time it had launched on 166 occasions and saved 63 lives. It was sold to the independent lifeboat Service of Valparaiso, Chile, where it has already added to the number of lives saved -Isle of Man 1999. 56p. SG837 (D J Horgan)
